Fallacious Visualization – Chap. 5, Act 3, Strip 26

No, no, you were perfectly right to visualize it with a full size mountain! You can’t be too careful when it comes to planning – if you had visualized it with a smaller mountain, you’d have left yourself opent to getting surprised by some event happening mid-fall*. Better stay on the safe side and visualize the whole fall, just so you can be sure that the Professor will really fall all the way when you push him in over.

And, yeah, (Not)Snuka is thinking in English now. That’s a necessary concession to practicality…or just shoddyness. Or, in universe, perhaps she just got bored during her long, long bathroom break, and there wasn’t anything to read in there save some “Teach yourself English” manual? And she got so into it that she’s now forgotten her native language. It could have happened. She probably really spent a lot of time in there, and bananas are rich in potassium, which is supposed to make you smart.

* Keep in mind, until some time ago the Professor used to wear a parachute all the time.

More on Monday.
