Just-in-time delivery – Chap. 6, Act 4, Strip 92

The Professor had to improvise a bit, here. The more orthodox solution would have been having a clock count down to the customary and symbolical 0:07 minutes mark, but with the cage being lowered so slowly, that wouldn’t have been very practical. Instead, the Professor settled for 0.07 …uh…unspecific units of length. It’s always better to be unspecific about that sort of thing, less chance of getting caught in a contradiction that way. The key thing is that the James Bond memorial moment was properly observed.

While Mopey comes over uncharacteristically naive in today’s episode. Does she really think the Professor actually reads those course evaluation sheets he has to hand out? She could have written whatever she wanted on it, in reality, because the Professor definitely has no eyes on the body part he tends to wipe with those things. >_>

On a sidenote, the Professor seems to have made up his mind on that little ethics conundrum that was bothering him a while ago. He might not like thinking about questions of ethics, but if you give him enough time, he does tend to end up with the right solution, eventually. Most of the time, at least. >_>

More on Thurs…uh, Monday!
