Accessories Included – Chapter 9, Act 2, Strip 26

With the fake love letter having been A-okayed by Mopey, the first step of the plan is put into motion immediately.

And, for the time being, it looks like the plan is working…uh, according to plan. Hiroki has found the letter and correctly identified it as a love letter. And he’s considering that a positive surprise! Great. There’s a second surprise for him, though, and his reaction to that one is slightly more mixed. But he’s not running away, at least, so I guess it’s still okay – and it is going to save some time in the plan, so that’s good.

Looks like Akane still has something of a problem with overshooting the target…but it seems somewhat under control at the moment. Mostly because her legs are still hurting. And there’s actually half a point to her argument regarding the insinuation…how would Hiroki have reacted if the letter had said, in effect, “please wear a female outfit to our date, I’m sure you’ve got some in your wardrobe”? Akane’s just being considerate!

So, yeah…a shaky start for the plan, but no disaster! That’s already kinda promising. Sad to say.
