Perhaps I’m underestimating Biff’s mental capabilities, after all. I’m on record as stating they never get any better, but taking only three panels to come up with an idea? That’s two panels better than his previous personal record.
And it must be a really great idea, too, since he considers it even greater than a huge bunch of handgrenades taped together. Given how taping a huge bunch of handgrenades together is already the very archetype of a great idea for Biff, that new idea must really be spectacular.
Even more spectacular, apparently, than toppling the Mode Gakuen Cocoon Tower, which Biff insists wasn’t his great idea yet. And, admittedly, while pretty spectacular, it isn’t really that good an idea.
To summarize: Biff as-of-yet-unspoken idea will be greater than typing a huge bunch of handgrenades together and more spectacular than toppling the Mode Gakuen Coccon Tower. Whether it’s also a good idea remains to be seen. The jury’s still out, at the moment. And unlikely to come back in before Biff’s finished and the dust has settled – they’re smarter than that.
