I mustache you a question, but I’ll shave it for later. It’s about the Professor’s new design.
Seriously, though, I didn’t really change it that much – I didn’t want to continue the pattern that he gets younger and better-looking with every chapter, so essentially the only change is that he grew a beard again. Which does kinda look good on him, IMHO, but that’s just a coincidence. I also added an inverted stunk stripe, as a homage to Dr. Clayton Forrester.
I’ve also given Mopey a slight redesign, mostly a new hairdo and dye-job. Looking back, I felt her last design looked a bit too much like scene-girl, and a goth her age should look a tad classier.
Don’t bother trying to figure out what she’s actually saying in panel two. Time-science is difficult to explain to laymen, you know. The ticks and the tocks need to line up, so you get ticktockticktock and not tickticktocktock. Because that would obviously very bad. In other words, it’s just perfectly meaningless techno-babble, in case you couldn’t tell for yourself.
As for the question where Professor Dr. found Professor Chronometricos, it’s basically the same place he found Dr. Ufopopulous Ufoiakis in the last chapter: “Ye Worshipful Company of Lazy, Cheapass Scientist Namers” in London. ._.
More on Monday.
