HAPPY NEW YEAR!

…soon…ish. >_> Yeah, it’s technical a day early, but I don’t want to alter my normal update schedule…for if I did, chances are at least even I’d end up forgetting to post the strip tomorrow. Better to make my weaknesses part of the plan from the start…

Anyway, I think this is the first time…or at least the first time in a long time…that I have a New Year’s Special strip without any fireworks going off. Following Biff’s own reasoning, I’ll leave it open whether this is due to Biff having successfully avoided causing the regular catastrophe…or whether he has somehow, completely inexplicably, caused it on schedule – and is just unaware of it due to his immersion. If you prefer, you can imagine all kinds of pyrotechnic hell being unleashed outside of Biff’s sub-aquatic refuge, just as he is formulating his thoughts in panel five. He will only know the day after, when he emerges to survey the carnage…or lack of it. And you will NEVER know! Muahahahaha!*
