Some real progress in today’s strip – the Bratessor has launched a surveillance drone, which will definitely come in handy in gaining a clearer understanding of the situation in the kidnapping-hut without any dangerous exposure on his part. Plus, drones are a pretty popular subject matter right now. Unfortunately.
And Marumaru’s sensitivity training seems to have borne fruit, as well. His nipples are definitely a lot more sensitive now. Whether that’ll stop him from making insensitive remarks is a different question, but if he does make any in future, at least you can probably bring him to heel quickly by pinching his nipples now. Although he might make it awkward by moaning in an ambiguously sexual tone in response.
A further slight drawback of Marumaru’s new-found sensitivity is that it doesn’t really work very well with his sense of fashion. Loose garments of rough linen aren’t perfect if you have hypersensitive nipples. Marumaru has reacted to that discovery with the most obvious work-around…after all, samurai/ronin characters with bandages on their chest have a long history in anime and manga. Admittedly, nearly all of them do it because they’re either trans or females in disguise…but perhaps Marumaru’s appearance and gerneral demeanour will protect him from any misunderstanding in that regard. And he’ll be able to deal even if the misunderstandings occur, since he’s not scheduled for any kind of romantic subplot, anyway.
Originally I wanted to give Baymaximillian a cigarette in the final panel, just to maintain the tradition…but than I felt that a vape would make so much more sense for a robot. XD

Niacin can greatly enhance one’s sensitivity for short periods. Just don’t overdo it (like I did) the first time or you’ll get sick.
It’s what spokespeople use before every press conference, so they don’t say anything insensitive by accident. XD
