And here, K’ip and Si’ri encounter another beh…wait a moment. Those aren’t K’ip and Si’ri at all! You can easily not-recognize them by the lack of blue fur, cat ears and all of that glowy sparkliness!
Those are Mopey, the Professor and Snuka, with the rest of that gang strongly implied to be just off-screen to the left! It’s the biggest swerve ever!
But it was easy to get confused, there, for a moment…because it’s clearly the same kind of dungeon. And it’s the same kind of monster. And Mopey’s using the same kind of round-the-corner mirror. And is, obviously, about to make the very same terrible pun as Si’ri before. To which the Professor will, more likely than not, react with the same kind of pained expression as K’ip did. If not worse.
Still, for the Professor it will be the first time hearing it, but for the rest of us, it would have been the second time…so I felt it was better to cut off before Mopey actually says it. The first time was painful, a repetition could easily have ended in fatalities.
