Yeah, this is the obligatory part where the kaiju demonstrates the awesome force of its ray weapon. As you can see, it’s able to melt a full-sized, homogenous rolled steel tank as easily as an acetylene torch held just outside of the frame could melt a 1:35 scale plastic model tank.
Which is the reason for why it looks so similar to that, as well, and which is also…uh, just about as powerful as all of these kaiju ray weapons seem to be. Ray weapon test: checkmark.
