Did I Mention The Rise Of A Pink Princess Yet? – Chapter 8, Act 1, Strip 56

Uh oh.

This isn’t good. This is not good at all.

This is…entirely too much pink. And no hint of black anywhere. Mopey isn’t going to like this. She is definitely not going to like this. She is going to hate this. Utterly hate…
…uh…
wait a moment. This is Mopey. She doesn’t look like she’s unhappy. She’s mostly pink, but she’s not looking unhappy.

I don’t know what’s going on. I think this time I’ll just join the others in their staring-with-mouth-agape. It seems more justified than usual…

More on Thursday.

  1. We’ve seen many things in the B-Movie Comic. Things that defy the boundaries of good taste. Of common sense. Of belief (in man’s ability to make a good movie).

But I think this may top them all.

    1. Yeah, it’s definitely something that shakes the very foundations of this fictional universe, since Mopey’s character was pretty much the very first thing established at the beginning, and that character definitely doesn’t jive with this. XD

  2. Oh dear gods.

    It’s worse than I thought.

This movie’s script was written by people who had no idea what Mopey’s character was supposed to be, wasn’t it.

    1. The main qualification for a B-movie scriptwriter is not having any idea what a good script is supposed to be – but anything else you have no idea of, naturally, is a bonus. XD
