Mr. Neibiesler knows how to go out with style – with a Weissbier and a Weisswurst. But, believe it or not, German cuisine is so flexible that he wouldn’t even had a problem if the end had come clad in black instead of white – then he’d simply drunk a Schwarzbier with some Schwarzbrot. As you can see, end-of-world preparedness plays a big part in German cuisine.
